With a career spanning over four decades and five continents, and overseeing multiple products and operating models, Dean has an excellent global network of resources to assist with any business model.

Awarded in 2022 as the industry's most inspirational leader and innovator for his operational success during Covid, his work ethic and trustworthiness are unparalleled.

Before founding Glasshouse Hospitality, Dean was most recently CEO of Oakwood Worldwide, specialising in Hotels and Serviced Apartments. He now provides transformational management, strategic guidance, C-Suite mentorship and operational creativity with service excellence to many successful brands and hospitality groups.

Hans Heijligers

Co-Founder & Senior Partner

Hans Heijligers is a highly respected international hospitality leader with more than four decades of experience across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. Widely trusted by owners, boards, and operators alike, Hans is known for his people-centric leadership, calm authority, and ability to lead successfully in complex, multicultural environments.

A defining chapter of his career was his role as CEO of InterContinental Hotels Group Japan, where he led the joint venture with ANA and oversaw one of the group's most strategically important markets.

Today, through Glasshouse Hospitality, Hans supports owners and leaders with experienced judgement, interim leadership, and advisory support in complex, international hospitality environments.
